Information we collect

• Account information — email address, authentication details (including when you sign in with Google), and optional designer display name.
• Content you submit — pattern titles, links, photos, PDFs, and related metadata you upload.
• Activity — votes, saves/boards, recently selected categories, and similar in-product actions.
• Technical data — approximate device/app information and logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, authentication, and core product features
• Show community rankings, profiles, and submitted patterns
• Store and deliver images/PDFs you upload
• Prevent abuse, enforce rules, and keep the service reliable
• Respond to support requests and important account messages

Sharing

We use service providers that process data on our behalf (for example hosting, authentication, email delivery, and object storage). We do not sell your personal information. Public profile and pattern content you choose to publish is visible to other users.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your account and associated personal content from our active systems, subject to short-term backups and any data we must retain for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

• Update profile settings in the app or on the website
• Delete individual patterns you own
• Delete your account from Settings (web or mobile)

Children

Pattern Hunt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
